1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the FaceCast application or website operated byVision Labs Yazılım Hizmetleri A.Ş., you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions serve as the Terms of Use and end-user license agreement (EULA) for the FaceCast app. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

If you downloaded FaceCast from the Apple App Store, Apple's standardLicensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app, and these Terms supplement it.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your photos and personal data when you use FaceCast, and forms part of these Terms.

2. Use of the Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use FaceCast.
You may only upload photos that you own or have permission to use.
You agree not to use FaceCast to create content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes the rights of others.
You agree not to use generated content to impersonate, deceive, or harm any person.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

FaceCast is free to download. Optional premium features are offered via one-time in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The title of each subscription, the length of the subscription period (for example weekly, monthly, or yearly), and the price — including the price per period — are always displayed on the purchase screen in the app before you confirm a purchase. Prices are shown in your local currency and may vary by region.

For auto-renewing subscriptions:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected, unless you were notified of a price change and accepted it.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your store account settings: on iOS, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions (or visitapps.apple.com/account/subscriptions); on Android, open Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions (or visitplay.google.com/store/account/subscriptions).
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Deleting the app or your account does not cancel an active subscription; you must cancel it in your store account settings.
Refunds are handled by the store you purchased through, under its policies. For App Store purchases you can request a refund atreportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Intellectual Property

The FaceCast app, website, branding, and underlying technology are the property ofVision Labs Yazılım Hizmetleri A.Ş.. You retain rights to the photos you upload; you grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service.

5. Disclaimer

AI-generated baby predictions, ultrasound renderings, and styled photos are for entertainment purposes only and do not represent actual genetic outcomes. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vision Labs Yazılım Hizmetleri A.Ş. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these terms or misuse of the platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
